A great showing in Tucson by Cassels Racing

From the time the karts were unloaded at the Musselman Honda Circuit, the Cassels Racing Team was on point. The fast flowing nature of the Tucson track definitely suited our drivers with close racing throughout the weekend.

Erin made the exciting move up to the Senior class in ROK. "This weekend for me personally was all about seat time in the new class. It was about following the fast guys and learning their line and techniques around the track. I really think this circuit gave all of our racers some confidence for the weekend. The Musselman Honda Circuit is a great track with super fun corners and a variety of turns. It can definitely be a mind game in some corners but I have to say, this is my new favourite track!! I am super excited for the last rounds of Challenge of The Americas in Sonoma, California at the SimRaceway. It's already looking to be a triumphant season for Cassels Racing in both wings of karting and cars. "

Kyle "This weekend was more about progression than finishing position. I felt that I drove confidently from the moment my wheels hit the track."

Ryan had his best finish in the Challenge of The Americas to date with a close fought P4 finish in Sunday's final. There was some great racing for the final two podium positions all the way to the checkered flag. "I felt like I achieved a lot this weekend because the previous race I was fighting for a second from last position and this weekend I was fighting for a podium.

Sydney broke through for a P2 finish in Sunday's final in an incredibly close and exciting race. It's always fun to watch the Micro class as the pack never seems to spread out and you could literally cover the top three with a blanket, they are that close! "I had set a goal for myself to get into the 59.00's and I achieved that in Tucson."
